Shipping costs for all orders within Greece are free of charge.
The Dilos warranty is valid for 12 months and covers:
(1) replacement of the defective product in case of a manufacturing defect, i.e. if a part of the product is damaged or altered through no fault of its misuse.
(2) free replacement of spare parts.
(3) 50% discount for lens replacement, for cases where the lens is damaged due to misuse, e.g. scratched lenses.
Η guarantee is free of charge and applies to all orders and all products.
To exchange the product you purchased, it is sufficient that it is in exactly the same unaltered condition that you received it in, that you put it back in the package you received it in and send it with the same courier company that delivered it, setting the shipping charge to the recipient.
The transport costs for product change are free of charge for one change.
For any subsequent changes other than the first, the cost of the transfer is borne by the consumer.
For product repairs it is enough to send us an email with a photo that clearly shows the problem.
After determining that the problem can be solved, simply put the glasses in their protective case and send them in a protective bubble envelope to the items below:

After we have repaired them, we will send them to the same address they came from.
Transport costs are borne by the consumer.
To clean the lenses of your glasses, the cleaning cloth that you will find in the package is usually sufficient.
In cases where the lens is stained by a stain that won't come off, you can put a few drops of water on the lens and clean them again with the cleaning cloth.
DO NOT put the lenses under a tap or whole in water because the polarized coating of the lenses may come off (applies to polarized lenses)
It is advisable to use the lens cleaner sprays about once a week and no more than that.
