Returns Policy

The consumer may return the products within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt, without being obliged to state the reasons for withdrawal and without any charge.

The return of products is possible only if the returned product is in the same excellent condition in which it was upon receipt and in its full original packaging (box, nylon, foam etc.). The product cannot be returned if the product has been unsealed, tampered with or the packaging has been tampered with. In addition, products that have been tampered with and products that have tears, damage, deterioration or signs of use will not be returned. The concept of product includes both the sunglasses or spectacles and the packaging, protective case, cleaning cloth and any other product sent with the sunglasses or spectacles. Along with the returned product, you should also send the retail receipt or invoice.

In case you wish to return the product you should contact us either by sending an e-mail to diloseyewear@gmail.com or by phone at 2310 22 34 08, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 10.00 - 20.00 and Monday, Wednesday and Saturday 10.00 - 16.00.

In the case of product exchange, the shipping costs are borne by our company, while in the case of product return - money, the shipping costs of the return are borne by the consumer.

If the return of the product is not made within 14 days from the day of receipt of the product, and if the above mentioned return conditions are not met, we reserve the right not to accept the return of the products.

If for any reason you return a product to us, we will issue a voucher in your name, corresponding to the value of the product you have ordered, or refund your money within fourteen calendar days. You can use this voucher for a new purchase in our online store. If the new order exceeds the value of the voucher, you will have to pay the remaining amount. If the new order is less than the value of the coupon, you have the option to use the remaining value of the coupon on your next purchase.

In the event that you return the product to us because the wrong or defective product has been sent, after we determine that the product is indeed defective or the wrong order has been sent, we will issue a voucher in your name, which corresponds to the value of the product you have ordered and the shipping costs you incurred to send the defective product or the wrong order back to us.  

If it is determined that the product is not defective and that the order is correct, you retain the right of withdrawal, as stated immediately above, i.e. you can choose to refund the value of the product. Alternatively, you may choose to have the product sent back to you at your own expense.
